CourtneyWatson.net: I lost my mind, and my wallet.

I once left my purse in Union Station. Lucky for me, some nice person turned the whole thing in to the security desk and every penny (the few I possess) was still inside.

I learned that I can, if necessary, run far and fast in high heels.

So far, my wife has left her purse or coat at:

    1) St. Louis Bread on Chippewa
    2) The City Museum
    3) Windows on Washington
    4) The Big Bang
    5) The Old Spaghetti Factory
    6) Downtown Famous-Barr
    7) Other places I don't remember

She uses a small leather backpack for her purse, and so has to take it off to get a wallet out, or keys, etc. It's easy to forget to pick it up again! This makes me glad that I just carry a wallet (in my pocket) and keys (also in my pocket). Unless I lose my pants (never happened), I'm good to go!

The good news? She's always retrieved the purse, with everything intact. Amazing.

Ugh- no fun! I personally blame the full moon for all the strangeness of late.

When I was 9 I left my purse at the library... someone mailed it back to me about 5 years later, no kidding. I laughed as I pulled everything out, thinking, why did I think I needed to carry this stuff around... there was actually a McDonald's toy in the purse :)

    'skin pouches' like the kangaroo.

    in it i would carry:
a credit card, a flash drive
    and beef jerky
