When it's too hot for pants, wear hot pants. Oooh, hot pants, knee socks and a Smokey The Bear T-shirt- add rollerskates and you would look like me in 1980.
Although, I go with the skirt and sundress thing now too.

@Keith - I have been trying to get Tom to buy a utilikilt FOREVER! It's the best Man Skirt there is.

@Robin2 - I still have my Rainbow Brite rollerskates. If only my feet hadn't grown into the giganticness they are!
